Over the years, I’ve struggled with a range of health issues- gut discomfort, feeling nauseous after meals, inflamed acne, mood swings, painful periods. I was told my only option was antibiotics. My symptoms did not improve, and my self-confidence plummeted. I felt so alone and hopeless in my situation, not even realizing that my body was actually trying to communicate with me.

I know the healing process can seem daunting. When I was trying to find answers for my health issues, I felt overwhelmed and alone. I wondered if I’d find a practitioner who could not just treat my symptoms, but educate me on why my body was even reacting in the first place. 

I finally took matters into my own hands and started researching. When I discovered nutritional therapy, I learned about the power of good quality whole-foods, minerals, and limiting stress. By balancing my blood sugar and supporting my digestion, my body was finally in a place to begin to heal, and my symptoms started to clear up.
